1989 Awarded the Kagoshima Prefectural Governor’s Prize at the Kyushu New Crafts Exhibition.
Received the Chairman of the Prefectural Assembly Prize at the Kagoshima Ceramic Art Exhibition (since then, awarded 11 special prizes).
