Graduated from the Tokyo University of the Arts in 1964. Her porcelain pieces are mainly dyed with xylosma ash using Amakusa clay.
She has also been selected for the Japan Industrial Arts Exhibition, and has held solo exhibitions at the Ginza Kuroda Art Museum and other venues.
