Manoyama pottery 眞野山焼

Manoyama ware is pottery made in Mano Town, Sado City, Niigata Prefecture. Sasaki Shodo, who became a living treasure for using the wax-mold casting technique, established Niigata Toen, a kiln that produced Koshiji ware, in 1938 in Niigata.
